Safe To Delete Checker (Windows)

This is a small, read-only utility that checks whether every file in one folder exists in another folder with the same relative path and file size.

It answers one question:

“Is it actually safe to delete the original?”

What it does:
• Compares two folders recursively
• Verifies file presence and size
• Clearly lists missing files
• Shows timestamp differences for information only

What it does not do:
• No syncing
• No copying
• No deleting
• No cloud access

If the result says PASS, the destination folder contains a complete copy of the source folder based on size and structure.
